Having turn pan jams on your machine? Try our Pinwheel Clutch Idler Pulley. This pulley eliminates excessive pinwheel coasting which can cause an inconvenience and waste valuable time.
This solid machined pulley with clutch bearing replaces the OEM Pinwheel Brake or OEM Idler Pulley. When converting from the OEM Pinwheel Brake, you will also need to order 162-8056 (Idler Arm).
Standard pinwheel brakes can wear over time, and if not caught, can damage pinwheel belts. With a pulley that turns with the pinwheel belt, this problem is virtually eliminated. With the addition of a one way directional bearing, positive pinwheel braking is still achieved on the machine.
