What Happens After You Submit a Request?

Kegel may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain privacy requests, such as requests to access, delete, or correct personal information, and we will respond within the time your law allows — 30 days under the GDPR and UK GDPR, 45 days under the CCPA.
We will use information submitted through this form only as reasonably necessary to verify and process your request and to comply with applicable law.

You are not required to create an account to exercise your privacy rights.

Kegel will not discriminate against you for exercising rights available to you under applicable privacy laws.

We charge nothing unless a request is excessive or repetitive; in that case, we will tell you the cost first.

If we decline, you may appeal by writing to privacy@kegel.net with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line.
