What is the Buyback program?

  • A trade-in program tied to a new machine purchase.

  • Acceptance of the trade-in is conditional and based on an inspection process.

Eligible for:

  • Flex Walker Only

  • Must be fully owned without an liens or financing obligations

  • Factory upgrades must be complete and functional

How the Process Works

  1. Contact your Distributor to express an interest in purchasing a new Atlas model lane machine through the Buyback Program.

  2. The distributor salesman will pre-fill the form, which will be submitted to you automatically.

  3. You will complete the pre-filled form to include all necessary information for approval.

  4. Kegel issues a conditional buyback approval amount (within 24 hours on business days unless additional information is needed).

  5. You will make a decision on your purchase of a new machine. Buyback approval amount is valid for 10 business days or while supply remains available.

  6. New machine is purchased and installed.

  7. Distributor crates and ships old machine to Kegel within 7 days of new machine installation.

  8. Final inspection is completed by Kegel.

  9. Final buyback credit is issued by Kegel to Distributor.

FAQ:

  • We will only be accepting a limited quantity of trade-ins through this program. The buyback offer will end once we have hit this limited quantity.

  • Based on the condition, FLEX Walkers customers can receive up to $10,000 maximum for their machine.

    *All values are conditional pending final inspection

  • Kegel will work with your Distributor to schedule and pay for inbound freight.
