Enroll during installation and stay covered for 5 full years — just by following our normal routine maintenance schedule.
How It Works:
Purchase and enroll at installation: Purchase a new Atlas Family Lane Machine. During installation, simply inform your Installer if you would like to enroll in the Extended Warranty Program.
Your machine monitors itself: The Atlas tracks usage on key wear items automatically — transfer brush, buffer belt, oil filter, rollers, tubing, squeegee, and more. You can see the health of each component at a glance on the Maintenance screen.
Get alerted when a part needs to be replaced: When a component reaches the end of its service life, your machine alerts you directly on the screen. You will know exactly what needs attention and when.
Replace the part and reset the counter: Install the replacement part and reset the counter update your maintenance record.
Submit your proof of purchase: To keep your warranty active, simply submit proof of purchase for the replacement part within 30 days. One simple step for maximum warranty coverage.
A note on our maintenance recommendations
The service intervals used in this program aren't new — they're the same recommendations we've provided since day one. We designed the warranty around our existing maintenance schedule because we believe in it. Following it isn't a hoop to jump through; it's simply what keeps your machine performing at its best.
