Kegel is honored to be hosting The Kegel/USBC World Ranking Masters 2007, the most prestigious amateur bowling tournament in the world which crowns the globe’s top male and female bowler. The tournament will showcase the best eight men and women bowlers from each of the European, Asian, and American regions. More than 10,000 bowlers from eighteen countries compete in numerous tournaments throughout the year for the honor of participating in The World Ranking Masters. Additionally, most of the influential people in the bowling industry will be in attendance. It is difficult to convey in writing just how exciting this event is to the world of bowling.

Kegel has partnered with Polk Sports Marketing and Sun Sports (formally the Sunshine Network) to televise the tournament finals. In addition to its initial prime time broadcast, The World Ranking Masters will be aired a minimum of five more occasions – great news and credibility building exposure the tournament deserves. In conjunction, Kegel will again provide a live website to integrate our training center technology with live tournament action, enabling web visitors globally to log on and view statistics regarding every shot for every player. Every ball thrown is tracked by Kegel’s proprietary Computer Aided Tracking System (C.A.T.S.). C.A.T.S. tracks ball path, location, speed, entry angles, and pin leave. Information

Information for players, coaches and guests will be posted in hallway outside the Training and Tournament Center and also will be distributed during the players briefing.

Ball storage

There will be a ball storage/players paddock area available. It is an all purpose room between the Tech office and the Training center.

Result service

The results will be available minutes after every game. C.A.T.S. data for every player and for every shot will also be available after the squad is complete.

Press facilities

We will use the second floor meeting room for the press. This area will serve as both the press and VIP area. The training center will be set up to be wireless for everyone's use. We will have our network administrator Chris Davis available at all times to help with any computer needs. We expect you to bring your own mobile phone. If your mobile does not work in our area, phones will be available in the press area for incoming and toll free calls.

Cafe

The cafe here at Kegel has vending machines and will have fresh fruit available throughout the tournament. The vending machines handle chips, candy, and soft drinks. We do have a food preparation area so fresh deli sandwiches will be served at the tournament site.










World's Flattest Lanes! The World's most perfect lanes are here! Kegel's engineers and fabricators built the Kegel Training and Tournament Center with the flattest, most flexible lanes. Originally developed for lane pattern research, the training center has 12 fully adjustable lanes that can be used as a teaching aid for illustrating the importance of lane topography.

Because these lanes are adjustible evey 2 feet, we have made them the Flattest Lanes in the World! Since 1983 Kegel has been hard at work "trying to make two lanes play the same" (John Davis - Founder KEGEL). This means not only can we produce consistent results, we can PROVE them time after time.
