Overview
KEGEL Kustodian Sport Edition Lane Machines provide new features that will improve the lane maintenance process.
New Features
Touch Screen
- 5” full color Industrial Touchscreen
- Replaceable protective sheet
- Protects against lane oil, cleaner, etc.
- Sits in protective case.
- Program can be updated using a Flash Card
- Updates in 30 seconds
- File can be sent by e-mail
- Fully upgradeable

SPORT EDITION Kustodians have multi-language support. All screens and menus can be used with
English, Japanese, Korean, German, Dutch and Spanish.
Oil Patterns:
- Sport Edition machines can store 30 conditining programs.
- Pre-installed Kegel Navigation Patterns with graphs and pattern information.
- Change pattern screen is quick and easy.
- Interface displays unique names YOU create in KOSI. For example, you will see that you’re using “Monday NFL” instead of pattern #22.
Some Other Features:
Easier Daily Operations: Pre-assign up to three patterns across three zones you define in your center for both your AM & PM conditionings with your 7-Day Planner. The machine will change patterns automatically. (Walkers can also burn pairs even when changing from zone to zone.)
Define User Permissions: Establish permissions for operators;
allowing access to operational functions only.
Advanced Help Screens: Help screens provide more useful information about the problem, possible causes and suggestions on how to fix the problem.
New PLC
- New PLC has 4 times the memory and 10 times the speed.
- Analog control of drive speeds and cleaner pump
- 30 Lane Patterns compared to 4 previously.
- Provides data for machine monitoring (i.e. how many lanes were run, what pattern is used, etc.)
- New PLC has the ability to set on-lane travel speeds automatically with a pre-defined program.
Stepper Motors
- Stepper Motors replace oil head motor and fluid metering pump motor.
- Reliable precision motors.
Quick Change Oil Tank
- Maintenance of conditioner tank is much easier.
- Easily switch conditioners without spilling a drop.
Machine Frame
- The ION Sport Edition and the Kustodian Walker will be built using the same frame.
- This frame provides a larger battery compartment that is hinged for easy access.
- All batteries can fit in the new compartment to provide ultimate flexibility.
Battery Back-Up
- The ION Sport Edition and the Kustodian Walker will not operate with a power cord.
- The machine allows for a quick and easy connection of the battery pack.
- The battery pack is included with the Walker and is optional for the ION.
- The back-up battery pack can provide an additional 25 lanes.
