Introduction of the Kegel Navigational Series Lane Patterns - Consists of 12 custom patterns divided in 3 categories of difficulty. The Recreational Series is the easiest level comprised of "house" type patterns, The Challenge Series is the "not to easy, but not too hard" level of patterns, and The Sports Series is the most difficult level complying with USBC Sport Regulations.

Advanced Pattern Modification - Finally learn how to adjust your pattern by yourself. You will learn how all the variables can affect a lane pattern and how to compensate accordingly.
