From Orlando International Airport

  1. Follow signs for "South 417 Exit"
  2. Merge onto CENTRAL FLORIDA GREENEWAY/FL-417 S (Portions toll)
  3. Merge onto I-4 W
  4. Exit onto US-27 S/FL-25 S, exit number 55 toward HAINES CITY/CYPRESS GARDENS.
  5. Continue on through Lake Wales. The training center will be a large tan building with red trim on the right side of the highway, in the Longleaf Business Park. Kegel is the building to your left as you enter the park. It is located approximately 1 mile south of the highway 60 overpass.

Total Estimated Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

From Tampa

  1. Take highway 60 east approximately 55-65 min
  2. Exit S. on highway 27
  3. The training center will be a large tan building with red trim on the right side of the highway in the Longleaf Business park. Kegel is the building to your left as you enter the park. It is located approximately 1 mile south of the highway 60 underpass.

Total Estimated Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

From Miami

  1. Go north on highway 27.
  2. Continue until you get into south Lake Wales. You will pass Warner Southern college on your left hand side.
  3. The training center will be a large tan building with red trim on the left side of the highway in the Longleaf Business park. Kegel is the building to your left as you enter the park. If you get to the highway 60 overpass you have gone too far.
